I feel most productive when I catalyze breakthroughs - one-on-one, with leadership teams, and through my writing. My professional career has been devoted to enabling development and success through leadership and internal consulting roles, an individual consulting business and my current position as the Vice President and OD Consulting Practice Lead for Management Performance International (MPI) where I manage the planning and growth of MPI's organizational development business unit.

I am an expert (and lifelong student) in the areas of organization development, management, leadership, and personal and organizational success. I have over 25 years experience providing consulting, training and coaching solutions for large and small companies, and government and nonprofit organizations. I have written ten business books and speak on a broad range of topics of interest to leaders and managers.
