You’ve all been to a program where the wonderful employees of the Scott Conference Center are squeezing in another chair for those of us who walk in at the last minute at our monthly professional development programs. It is great to have the attendance and we are so happy to have members and guests join us, even late! It does, however, cost us extra to accommodate late registrants, so we’ve come up with a solution that works for everyone.
The new registration process is as follows:
$20 regular member pricing until, and including, the Thursday before the program (8/5)
$25 for members who register the Friday before through the day before the program (8/6 through 8/10)
$35 for members who register the day of the program (8/11)
Our 72-hour cancellation policy remains in effect. Please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the program as soon as possible: at least 72-hours prior, to avoid being charged for the program. We have deadlines to meet with the Scott Conference Center and we cannot refund money that cannot be refunded to us.
We hope these changes will not be a hindrance, but rather serve as an incentive to register timely for our programs. We thank you for helping us to meet our goals for reporting our attendance and meal counts. Remember that we are non-profit and policies like these help us ensure that our chapter does not lose money. If you have any questions, please contact DirectorProgramming@ASTDNebraska.org or VPProgramming@astdnebraska.org.
