Networking - Meet other training and development professionals representing premier area employers, academic institutions and vendors.
Personal and Professional Development - Expand your self-development opportunities through monthly programs, chapter sponsored workshops and seminars. Sharpen your training skills and become informed about current trends and issues.
Special Interest Groups - Interact regularly with people who share you interest in specific training and development topics. Enhance and refine your skills by becoming involved in special training areas.
Mentoring - Be a mentor: give back by sharing your expertise with other and enhance your own leadership, teaching and coaching skills. Be a mentee: continue your professional growth by enriching your knowledge and skills while receiving guidance from an expert.
