Mentoring

The ASTD Nebraska Mentoring Program is a structured, yet informal, voluntary program. Members seeking the opportunity to partner with a senior or junior member are supported and guided through the mentor relationship by qualified program coordinators.

The program consists of a six-month relationship where both mentor and mentee explore personal and professional development through the programs comprehensive Mentoring Guide. Interested members must complete the Mentor or Mentee personality and career assessment, be willing to be paired based on the results of the assessment, attend an orientation, meet monthly, and report progress quarterly for six months.  Click Here to Download the Mentoring Brochure.
